sadiekate. Then I got promoted and became a workaholic and started working crazy hours and I didn't have time for anything. Then my fabulous fiance, aka Quotable Boyfriend (QB for short) nearly died of pneumonia and a blood infection, and so now I am trying to find better balance in my life. By which I mean, I am trying to take better care of him, rather than ignoring him all the time. He has become committed to healthy eating, and so I've become committed to healthy cooking. (Most of the time. I'm from Texas. We fry everything and smother it with gravy. It's just science, that's all.)
Anyway. This is where I will blog about recipes we try and good meals that we have both at home and out on the town. QB may write the occasional guest entry. We also might talk about our cats sometimes. Because if there's one thing that we enjoy more than eating, it is being creepily obsessed with our cats.
